Frage: I want to travel tomorrow, but it is not possible to choose this date online?

Antworten: We close our online booking system 7 days before departure. If you are travelling within 7 days you can call our Customer Service to book: 0047 815 68 222 (option 1).

Another option is to buy tickets at the Tourist Information or at the NSB ticket office at the railway station in Oslo, Bergen or Voss.

Fjord 1, located at Strandkaiterminalen in Bergen is also selling Fjord Tours round trips.

Frage: Are the tours guided?

Antworten: No, there is no guide on our tours. You travel on your own. The connections are all within close proximity of each other for easy transfer. Stops are always announced over the speakers.

Frage: Which documents will I need when picking up the tickets?

Antworten: You must bring a printout of the e-mail confirmation when picking up tickets.
