In the end of the Lysefjord
Lysebotn is a beautiful place situated in the end of the Lysefjord.
Lysebotn is best known for the 27 hairpin bends that winds up the mountain side.
The road winds its way up the mountainside from Lysebotn, and continues over the high mountains to Stavanger via Sirdal, although it is closed in winter. The road was built early in the 1980's.
