You can book all your Fjord Pass® hotels on our web page and receive an e-mail confirmation from us. You can also contact the hotels directly to make a reservation. When contacting the hotels directly, please remember to inform the hotels that you would like the Fjord Pass® rate.

Can 3 adults sharing a hotel room use one Fjord Pass®? Read answer
One Fjord Pass® is valid for 2 adults and accompanying children under the age of 15. If you are 3 adults sharing a room you will therefore need 2 Fjord Pass® cards.

How can I cancel my hotel booking? Read answer
Cancellations of hotel rooms must be made at the latest before 18:00 on the day prior to the date of arrival. Otherwise the hotel may charge your credit card.
Reservations made through Fjord Tours internet service must be cancelled via Fjord Tours.
Fjord Tours opening hours are: Weekdays between 09:00-16:00. Outside our opening hours, you must contact the hotel directly to cancel a booking. Click here to get to the contact form.
Reservations made directly to the hotel, can only be cancelled by contacting the hotel where the reservation is made. -
I have not received my hotel confirmation. What should I do? Read answer
Normally, you receive confirmation from us within 3 days of making your booking.
If you have not received confirmation after 3 days, you must check your e-mail system's spam inbox. The spam filter sometimes stops the confirmation from reaching your ordinary inbox. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us at the following e-mail address: fjordtours@fjordtours.no.

Do you have to be related to the holder to get the Fjord Pass® discount? Read answer
No, you do not have to be related to the holder to share a Fjord Pass®. The Fjord Pass® is valid for any two adults and accompanying children under the age of 15 travelling together.

Can a person travelling alone use the Fjord Pass®? Read answer
Yes, you get a Fjord Pass® discount when travelling alone – but there will be a single room supplement of NOK 250 per night when staying at hotels.

Is breakfast included in the Fjord Pass® rate? Read answer
Breakfast is included at all hotels but not at apartments and cabins. VAT is included in all prices.

How long is a Fjord Pass® valid for? Read answer
Fjord Pass® is valid for one calendar year (from 1 January to 31 December the year it is bought).

Where can I buy a Fjord Pass®? Read answer
The Fjord Pass® can be bought on our website or from one of our many sales outlets in Norway and abroad. You can also buy a Fjord Pass® in all of our hotels.

I cannot download and print my Fjord Pass®. What can I do? Read answer
Download Adobe Reader: If you cannot download your card, go to the following site and download Adobe Reader, then try again. http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
How to print the card: To open the file, click the link to your Fjord Pass® card. You will now see a picture of your card. Click on the icon of a printer in the top left-hand corner and answer ‘ok’ to the question that follows.
If this does not work, click on File on the menu bar, choose Print, and then ok.
If it still does not work. Save the adobe file (your card) on your computer. Close the Acrobat Reader program, and then open the saved file (your card) from its location on your computer. Use the print option listed above to print the card. -
Do we get a discount on ferries or any activities with a Fjord Pass®? Read answer
Fjord Pass® is a discount card that gives you significant discounts on accommodation at 150 hotels across Norway. The Fjord Pass® also gives you discount on different activities and rental cars from AVIS.
There is no discount on ferries.
