The hotel's main food focus is Norwegian ingredients with an international touch. With a constantly changing and homemade menu, the hotel prepares food for up to 300 guests every night. In addition to the main dining room, the hotel has two smaller dining rooms – Komponisten (Grieg's dining room), and the Meterologen (Cabinet Minister Nils Hertzberg's dining room), which increases the capacity to 420 guests in total. The hotel also has a hotel bar and a lobby bar.
