Question 1

I have become sick, can I cancel?

It is only possible to cancel:  Your tour if you do so more than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date against a fee of NOK 200. Your activity if you do so more than 3 days prior to the scheduled departure date free of charge.  Your hotel if you cancel no later than 6:00 p.m. the day before scheduled arrival unless otherwise specified.  We highly recommend that you have a private travel or health insurance that can provide coverage for any financial loss that you may incur, in case you are unable to attend the tour or activity.

Do I get informed if my tour/activity is cancelled?

How do I cancel my tour?

You can cancel your booking yourself through "My Page" on our website, or contact our booking office for assistance.

Is there a cancellation charge?

Round trips (incl one-way trips), package travels and ferry routes: can be cancelled up to 7 days before departure at a charge of NOK 200 per booking.Activities and luggage transport: can be cancelled up to 3 days before departure free of charge. Accommodations: cancellations must be made no later than 6:00 p.m. the day before scheduled arrival unless otherwise specified. If the customer does not cancel his or her stay within the deadline, the customer will receive an invoice for the booking in its entirety.

Is there a cancellation deadline?

Our cancellation policy varies by product.  Round trips (incl one-way trips), package travels and ferry routes: can be cancelled up to 7 days before departure at a charge of NOK 200 per booking. Activities and luggage transport: can be cancelled up to 3 days before departure free of charge. For hotels, you can cancel until 6pm the day before check-in.

After cancellation deadline, can I release my seat/space even though I'm not getting a refund?

Question 7

Can I cancel the tour if the weather is bad?

Accepted Answer

No, unfortunately. We suggest that you prepare yourself based on the weather forecast and climate conditions. The cancellation and refund of the tour depend on the suppliers' policy. As long as we haven't notified you, your tour/activity is still scheduled to take place. Please note that it's common with heavy rains and winds in Norway, so it's best to be prepared for such weather conditions.

Can I cancel or rebook my tour if my flight to Norway is delayed/cancelled?

Accepted Answer

No, unfortunately, the standard cancellation policy still applies, and we recommend that you have your own private or travel insurance since we need to pay for your seats to our suppliers.

Can I cancel my car ferry ticket and get a refund if the road to the starting point is closed due to for example maintenance work or snow?
