You can get in touch with us by e-mail or telephone. Our offices are located in Bergen, but please note that we do not sell tours at our office.
General opening hours booking office:
The Fjord Tours Customer Service is open Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. The office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Opening hours during the summer:
As a service to our customers, we have extended opening hours during the summer season, from 6 May - August 30:
- Monday - Friday: 08:00 – 19:00
- Saturday - Sunday: 08:00 – 14:00
The Customer Service center is closed on the following dates in 2024:
- 1 May (Labor Day)
- 9 May (Ascension Day)
- 17 May (Constitution Day)
- 20 May (Pentecost)
- 24 - 26 December (Christmas)
- 31 December - 1 January (New Year)
