My transport company is under a strike, do I get a refund?

No, unfortunately, the standard cancellation policy still applies, and we recommend that you have your own private or travel insurance.

Is my reservation refundable?

A reservation is refundable up to 7 days before the travel day. For our package tours, the 200 NOK cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

Standard cancellation policy apllies. A reservation is refundable when cancelled up to 7 days before the departure. We recommend having private travel insurance to help you cover any cost.

Can I cancel my car ferry ticket and get a refund if the road to the starting point is closed due to for example maintenance work or snow?
