Can I reserve a seat on board trains, buses and boats?

Accepted Answer

There is free seating on most tours and transport elements. If there are reserved seats, we will make the reservations for you and your seats will be clearly indicated on your tickets.

Can someone else travel on tickets that I have purchased?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that is possible. The person can use the existing ticket, even though he or she is not the administrative contact on the ticket.

Question 3

Can I use my Eurail Pass on a Nutshell tour?

Accepted Answer

Eurail passes and other rail passes cannot be used on our Nutshell tours.

Question 4

Are the tickets flexible during the tour?

Accepted Answer

No. Once you have received a specific time on your ticket, it's important that you stick to your schedule and departure times. This is due to capacity on the different transport elements.

Question 5

What should I do if I have not received my ticket?

If you have not received your tickets and travel information by e-mail, we recommend checking your inbox and spam filter. Note that you can see tickets and documents to your booking by login in to My Page. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us by phone or by using the customer contact form.

Question 6

When do I receive my ticket?

Accepted Answer

You will receive your reservation confirmation immediately after payment. Note that factors such as your internet connectivity may cause delays.  All information that you need will be specified in this e-mail. The actual tickets that you use for travel will be sent to you well in advance of your travel date, usually 27 days in advance.

What are my payment options?

We take American Express, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and Vipps. We do not accept Paypal or CapitalOne.
