Our luggage transport partner collects your bags from a participating hotel in Oslo or Bergen and delivers them to a participating hotel in the other city the same day.

Why book luggage transfer?

- Same-day delivery: Your luggage is delivered by 21:00 (9 pm).
- Stay overnight along the way: Spend a night in Flåm or another stop on your journey while your luggage travels directly to your hotel in Oslo or Bergen.
How it works
1. Book your luggage transfer
Choose your travel direction, hotels, transfer date, and number of bags in the booking planner.
You can book luggage transfer separately or add it to an existing Fjord Tours booking through MyPage.
After booking, you'll receive luggage tags by email. Print and attach a tag to each bag.
2. Leave your luggage at your hotel
Leave your tagged luggage at your pickup hotel's reception before 06:00 (6 am) on the day of transfer. Most hotels can store your luggage the evening before if you prefer to drop it off early.
Each bag can weigh a maximum of 25 kg and measure up to 158 cm in total (height + width + depth). This is roughly the size of a large suitcase measuring 80 × 50 × 28 cm.
You'll receive an email when your luggage has been collected. You don't need to wait for the driver.
3. Enjoy your journey
Travel between Oslo and Bergen with what you need. Your luggage gets transported separately, so you won't need to carry large suitcases between your train, boat, and bus connections.
If you’re staying overnight along the route, pack a smaller bag with everything you’ll need until you reach your hotel in Oslo or Bergen.
4. Collect your luggage
Your luggage will be delivered to your selected hotel by 21:00 (9 pm) on the day of collection.
You'll receive an email when your luggage has been delivered to the hotel. Collect it from your hotel's reception when you arrive.
If you're staying overnight along the route, for example in Flåm, your luggage will be delivered directly to your hotel in Oslo or Bergen, not to your overnight stops.
