Loen

Finse

Finse is located at 1222 metres above sea level and is the highest station at the Bergen Railway. One may reach this location only by train, foot or by bike. Finse is surrounded by majestic mountain landscape with the mighty glacier Hardangerjøkulen that towers royally in the west. Few places in Norway offers mightier nature experiences than Finse.

Fjærland

Lofthus is the ideal base if one wishes to learn more about Norwegian cider production, taste the delicious Hardanger Cider or take a wonderful mountain and hiking trip.

Myrdal

Myrkdalen

Myrkdalen is known to be one of the destinations with most snow in Norway and offers exiting activities for ski enthusiasts of every kind. Outside of the ski season this place offers great hiking possibilities and is a good point of departure for hikes to known fjord areas as Flåm and Gudvangen.

Norheimsund

Visit Nordheimsund, a small pearl about 80 km to the north-east of the city of Bergen, by the Hardangerfjord. The town is a transport hub that is especially popular among summer tourists due to an attractive waterfront with a guest harbour and a charming esplanade. This is also a great base from which to explore the Hardanger region.

Odda

Odda is a historical industrial city by Hardangerfjorden, surrounded by high mountains and might fjord lanscape. The activities are many here and the contrasts are big! Odda is journey through exiting history and great nature.

Olden

Get to know Olden, a charming village in Western Norway, that is idyllically situated between steep mouintains, blue glaciers and foaming waterfalls. Some of the keywords for the Olden area is: kayaking, glacier hiking, hiking and biking.

Rosendal

Rosendal is a pearl by the fjord beautifully situated by Hardangerfjorden surrounded by majestic mountains. In additon to wonderful nature Rosendal is also a historical and cultural village, with the Barony as one of the most famous attractions.
