On the way to Borgund, the bus will take you through the 24,5 km long Lærdalstunnel, which is the world's longest road tunnel.

Borgund Stave Church - A Medieval Masterpiece
Step back in time at Norway's most distinctive and well-preserved stave church, built around 1180. Marvel at the intricate dragon head carvings, lavishly decorated portals, and exceptional woodwork that has stood the test of time. During your 45-minute visit, explore the church interior and the informative visitor center exhibition, gaining insight into this remarkable piece of Norwegian heritage.
Stegastein Viewpoint - Suspended in Nature
Experience the architectural wonder of Stegastein – a 30-meter-long viewing platform hovering 650 meters above the Aurlandsfjord. This award-winning structure of steel and laminated pine offers breathtaking 360° panoramic views of the fjord, Aurlandsvangen village, and the surrounding mountain landscape. The perfect spot for unforgettable photos and a moment of awe in Norway's dramatic scenery.
The Scenic Route Aurlandsfjellet - Norway's Snow Road
Travel one of Norway's most spectacular mountain roads, rising to 1,306 meters above sea level. Known as "The Snow Road," this 48-kilometer route between Aurland and Lærdal showcases dramatic landscapes and snow-capped vistas even in summer. Your journey includes passage through the world's longest road tunnel – the 24.5-kilometer Lærdalstunnel, featuring unique lighting chambers designed to keep drivers alert with artificial "sunrises."
