What can you expect?

Karim Rashid is one of the most famous international designers in the field of product design, fashion, furniture, lighting and art. Rashid’s signature can be found everywhere – from the rooms and hallways to the lobby lounge. In his words: Hotels are a place for new contemporary experiences – to enjoy, relax, work, and engage a new life, an experience that is memorable, unlike anywhere else in the world.

The spaces are conceptual and include art, ideas, technology, visuals, textures, colors, and all the needs that are intrinsic to our being.

Our rooms

Our 217 rooms provide contemporary ambiance, and are all furnished with 160 x 200 cm long High Comfort beds, queen or twin mattresses, 42" flat screen TVs, desk, designer lamp and chair, wardrobe, wall-to-wall carpet, double/twin, suite, family and connecting rooms.

In the bathroom: floor heating, shower, soap for hand, hair and body, and a hairdryer.

When is breakfast served?

Enjoy Breakfast buffet at BERGTATT, our restaurant in the 5th floor.

Are the rooms suitable for disabled?

Underground parking garage available at an extra charge.

Location

Magic Hotel Solheimsviken is located just outside the city centre, in Bøhmergaten 42. See map HERE. You can easily get here by taking the Bybanen - Bergen Light Rail from the city centre. Disembark at the Danmarksplassen stop. The Bergen Light Rail stops just outside the train station and several other stops in the city centre.
