Tour description

You start the tour with a fantastic fjord cruise on the enchanting Hardangerfjord. The fjord cruise alone is an experience in itself and you can enjoy a pleasant trip across the beautiful Hardangerfjord with a view of the mighty Folgefonna glacier and lush orchards. Aga Sideri:
Aga Sideri produces some of the finest cider available in Norway. At the Aga Sideri, you will learn more about how traditional Hardanger cider is made and you will get 3 tastings. On the Tour from Lofthus, you will get lunch included at Aga Sideri.
Åkre Gård:
At Åkre Gård in Nå, they produce the local cider Edel. The farm started with cider production in 2020 but has produced tasty apple juice for a long time. Surrounded by fruit distillates in French and American oak barrels, you can enjoy tasting various ciders made from the best apples grown on the farm and in Hardanger.
Store Naa Siderkompani:
Store Naa Siderkompani is a farm with roots dating back to the 17th century. Eirik, who now runs the farm, is actually the 10th generation here! The knowledge about cider production is based on years of amassed experience and the focus here is to take care of the world-class before production, so a unique quality cider can be produced.
Alde Sider:
Alde is an old name for apple in Hardanger, and at Bleie Gård they have grown fruit and made sides since the fruit first came to the fjord.The juice and cider producer has won a number of awards, both nationally and internationally. At Bleie gård you can taste 3 ciders in combination with a sample of selected products (cheese, cured meat etc.), accompanied by good stories and a tour of the cidery.
