Question 1

How do I book my tour?

Accepted Answer

Navigate to the tour you want to book. Select number of travelers, your route (start- and endpoint), and date. Press "Plan my itinerary". In some cases there are multiple routes between two destinations. If so, you can select between routes in the first step of the booking flow. You will then be presented with a route that you can customize with overnight stays and activities.

Question 2

How do I add activities to my tour?

You can add activities in destinations where we have available activities. In some destinations, we will suggest activities. You add an activitiy by pressing on the activity card and follow the booking steps.  To see all activities in a specific destination, press "See all activities". Once you add an activity to your tour, your itinerary and travel plan will be updated. If the activity you choose ads an extra day to you tour, this wil automatically be updated. You can then select to also add a hotel, or to arrange overnight accommodation on your own.

How do I add an overnight stay to my tour?

You can add accommodation in destinations where we have available accommodation. In some destinations, we will suggest accommodation options. You add an hotel by follow the booking steps.  Once you add an overnight stay to your tour, your itinerary and travel plan will be updated.

Question 4

Can I travel with a wheelchair on the tour?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If the wheelchair is foldable and within certain measures, it must be stored on the luggage racks which is situated in each end of the carriage. If the wheelchair is non-foldable, please contact our customer service so we can make special seat arrangement on the train. Also note that the measures for wheelchair must be within 700x1200 mm, must not weigh more than 250 kg (350 kg including the user), and the height must not be more than 1375 mm.

Question 5

How do I change departure times for my selected tour route?

Accepted Answer

In some cases, you are able to change departure times from a destination. To do this, press "Change departure time" at the desired destination. Note: If you change your departure time, your route will be updated with new times. We have tried to curate the best possible route for you, but you are of course free to customize it as you please.

Question 6

Where can I see the price for my tour?

Accepted Answer

Your price is generated and updated automatically based on how you choose to customize your tour. During the booking process "Order details" will be updated as you make changes and updates to your itinerary.  Note: Hotels are paid on site/at the hotel either during check-out or check-in.
