How do I know what my route is?

You build and customize your tour route while booking you tour. Your route is clearly specified in your ticket and travel information.

How do I add activities or overnight stays to my tour?

Accepted Answer

When you book your tour you can easily  add accommodations or activities. Simply follow the steps to add a hotel or activities to your tour. If you want to arrange an overnight stay without booking your hotel through Fjord Tours, press "I'd rather book on my own."

Where can I find timetables and prices?

You will see timetables and prices by customizing your itinerary during the tour booking.

Question 4

Is it difficult to transfer between transport elements on my route?

Accepted Answer

The distance between each transfer point will be clearly explained in the travel documents you will receive. In most cases, transfer is super easy and transfer points are within close proximity of each other.

Question 5

If there are changes to my route, will i be informed?

Accepted Answer

The customer is responsible to for keeping up to date with any changes by reading the organizer's email or other notices.  Updates to your route or itinerary will be listed on "My Page".

Question 6

I want to change my route. How do I do that?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your booking yourself through "My Page" on our website and rebook a new tour, or contact our booking office for assistance.

Question 7

Do you offer tours all year round?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Some tours will be available all year around, while some are seasonal. You will find seasons and availability on each tour page.
