Rosendal Fjordhotel is located at the very start of the Hardangerfjord, surrounded by majestic mountains and enriched by beautiful nature.

The hotel has 94 rooms with a total of 190 beds. Good service and care for the guests is the first priority. It is the guests who are in the center and we hope your experience at the hotel corresponds to your expectations.

The restaurant accommodates a total of 250 guests and has a good kitchen that offers good local and international dishes. The hotel's friendly and cheerful waiters welcome you and serve from a varied à la carte menu. There is also a daily 3 - course dinner with coffee.

Rosendal offers several great hiking opportunities such as Melderskin, Malmangernuten, Skålafjell and many more. The hotel is also a good starting point for day trips to Trolltunga, Preikestolen and Folgefonna. Only a short walk from the hotel is the Baroniet with the 300-year-old Renaissance garden and the Folgefonn Center with its interactive exhibition and fine nature films.
