Tour description

You will meet your guide for the day at Trolltunga Active's shop in Skjeggedal, where you will receive updated information about the hike.
During the summer months (June–August), you will cover the first 4 km by shuttle bus from Skjeggedal up the road to Mågelitopp, where the hike towards Trolltunga begins.
In May and September, the hike is still possible, but shuttle bus transport depends on road and weather conditions. If the shuttle bus is not operating, the hike will start directly from Skjeggedal, which will lengthen the hiking distance.
Please note that this product does not include transport from Odda to the meeting point in Skjeggedal.
From Mågelitopp, you will enjoy impressive views of Folgefonna National Park before the hike continues towards Tyssebotn. Along the way, your guide will share stories and information about the area's history, nature, and landscape.
Together with your guide, you continue through spectacular mountain scenery before reaching the highlight of the trip – Trolltunga. From the famous rock formation, you are rewarded with breathtaking views of Ringedalsvatnet and the Folgefonna glacier.
After enjoying the views and taking photos, you will begin the return hike to Mågelitopp before travelling back down to Skjeggedal.
