Tour description
This bus journey between Ålesund, Åndalsnes, and Geiranger takes you through some of Western Norway’s most diverse and dramatic fjord and mountain scenery.
Along the way, the bus stops at Gudbrandsjuvet, where you can step out onto viewing platforms overlooking a narrow gorge carved by the Valldøla River.
The journey also includes the famous Trollstigen Road (not included in the Ålesund-Åndalsnes stretch). Here, you’ll pause at the Trollstigen Viewpoint to take in sweeping views of the road’s 11 hairpin bends and the Stigfossen waterfall cascading 180 meters down the mountainside.
This experience is available as a single ticket, with several departure options in the calendar, so you can choose the travel option that suits you best.
Perfect for travelers who want to enjoy spectacular scenery from the comfort of a bus, with well-timed stops for photos and short walks along the way.
Please note that bus tickets must be booked in advance, since tickets can’t be purchased on board.
