The Steinsdalsfossen waterfall is one of Norway’s best known and most photographed waterfalls. The waterfall was even a favourite of Emperor Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany (1888-1918) who visited Steinsdalsfossen almost every summer. The waterfall, located 2 km from the village of Norheimsund, is particularly popular as you can walk behind it and experience its beauty and force from inside the waterfall.
You can experience Steinsdalsfossen on the Great waterfall and fjord tour™.
