Tour description
You start your visit in the main building where large glass tanks hold fish that live along the Norwegian coast. The water comes directly from the ocean outside, so you see cod, halibut, and other local fish swimming like they do in the wild. Natural light comes through the water, making it feel calm and real.
The outdoor seal area is where most people spend their time. You can watch these playful animals swim and dive. The guides feed the seals daily and tell you about each animal's personality. Kids love this part.
This visit works well for families with children who like animals, people interested in Norwegian sea life, and anyone wanting a fun indoor activity near Ålesund. The touch pool lets kids hold sea creatures safely while adults learn about local marine life.
