This is a tour for small groups to enjoy togetherness and excitement while hunting for Northern Lights in the beautiful landscapes of the Altafjord.
Tour description
Your enthusiastic and experienced guide will pick you up in a minivan and together you will head out to hunt the Northern Lights.
Your guide will find the best place to enjoy the spectacle and keep you entertained, warm and comfortable. On the tour you will have 80-90 % chance of seeing this spectacular light!
While enjoying the great outdoors and waiting for "the green lady", your guide will share local stories about the Norwegian way of living and the local history from the Stone Age, Sami culture, reindeer-herding, wildlife, Second World War and the modern society in Alta and Finnmark.
During the tour you will be served warm/cold snacks and beverages. You will be back in Alta Center just over midnight.
