Descripción del recorrido

Your day tour starts with a scenic bus trip from Bergen to Vik. You will cross the Vikafjell passage through stunning landscapes. At these heights, there might even be snow during summer! On the descent from Vikafjell, the bus will stop at Storesvingen viewpoint offering excellent photo opportunities with magnificent views of Vik and Sognefjorden. Arriving in Vik, a guided tour awaits you in the Hopperstad Stave Church, one of Norway's best-preserved stave churches.

From the church, you continue by boat on the Sognefjord to the Fjærlandsfjord to Fjærland. The boat has indoor seating, but also a large viewing deck to take in the beautiful scenery. The stunning Fjærlandsfjord is about 25 kilometers and has high mountains on both sides.

When you arrive in Fjærland, you'll join a guided tour to the Bøyabreen glacier and the Norwegian Glacier Museum. The Norwegian Glacier Museum is an interactive museum that shares knowledge about glaciers and climate in new innovative ways.

From the Norwegian Glacier Museum, the tour continues by bus up to Bøyabreen glacier - a branch of Jostedalsbreen glacier. Here you will have time to take some photos and see up close how the glacier presses itself into the landscape. For safety reasons, it is not possible to walk on the glacier, but you will get to experience the glacier up close.

Back at the pier in Fjærland, the same boat will take you back to Vik. From Vik, the tour continues by bus to the spectacular Tvindefossen waterfall. There are many myths related to the 110-meter-high Tvindefossen waterfall and we'll leave it up to the guide to tell you about some of them. Most visitors find the waterfall impressive as you can walk close to the water.

From the waterfall, you continue by bus back to Bergen where you can enjoy an evening meal after a diverse and exciting day!
